Finding the Right Home in 2 Days

Moving in from out of town by myself and not knowing anything about Philadelphia had me stressed out to the extreme. I had to find an apartment on short notice close to my new job that also made sense for my budget and lifestyle…a daunting task for an outsider.

Enter ERIN. She and her team were able to quickly and accurately provide me a large number of options for me to whittle down so our tours were concise and expedient (I had only 2 days in town to make a decision). She took the time to clearly understand what I wanted (not just what I thought I wanted) and was able to tailor those options to find me a living space and location that checked all the boxes.

The communication was great and her responses were swift and informative. She went above the call of duty to review the lease details and educate me on the process. She even took the time after move in to ensure I was settling in. Most importantly, Erin has an upbeat energy and a great sense of humor made the process fun and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about my entire experience!!!
