Erin went above and beyond to help us find our home. We ended up finding our house off-market, and she helped us navigate the entire process of working directly with the sellers and purchasing the home. It was a long process, but Erin was there every step of the way, always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure everything stayed on track. Finding the Right Home in 2 Days
Moving in from out of town by myself and not knowing anything about Philadelphia had me stressed out to the extreme. I had to find an apartment on short notice close to my new job that also made sense for my budget and lifestyle…a daunting task for an outsider.
Enter ERIN. She and her team were able to quickly and accurately provide me a large number of options for me to whittle down so our tours were concise and expedient (I had only 2 days in town to make a decision). She took the time to clearly understand what I wanted (not just what I thought I wanted) and was able to tailor those options to find me a living space and location that checked all the boxes.
The communication was great and her responses were swift and informative. She went above the call of duty to review the lease details and educate me on the process. She even took the time after move in to ensure I was settling in. Most importantly, Erin has an upbeat energy and a great sense of humor made the process fun and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about my entire experience!!!

Life. Simply. Planned. organized two bathroom closets and my laundry room all while my family and I were away on vacation. I cannot describe how wonderful it felt to open the doors to all three areas and see how well organized everything was and how much space I had!!! Their solutions are smart, attractive and most importantly made sense so that it is easy to stay organized . What more could you want??? I already have another project for them!

I recently moved and had so many projects on my plate. My daughter’s closet was hopeless and I needed a space to fit all of her things, now and in the future. Life.Simply.Planned created the most amazing closet system that is not only beautiful, but is easy to maintain and keeps her organized. Erin and Rachael were amazing; they incorporated all of my requests but then took the lead to make it such a stress-free process. It’s a wonderful feeling to have such a fully-functioning space completely done and off of my list forever. And even better, my daughter loves it so much she sings as she puts away her clothes. I can’t wait to have them design my next project.
